The POC works beautifully. Small team, controlled environment, everyone's excited. Then reality hits: The model needs to interface with 4 legacy systems. Legal needs chain-of-custody for every output. Security wants agent behavior logging that doesn't exist. Middle managers realize their metrics don't capture AI-human collaboration.
The Real Blockers Aren't Technical
